Refund Policy
At REMMU, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available only for first-time users on their first purchase of a REMMU subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be granted for any reason, no questions asked, provided the request meets the criteria above.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases where there has been a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Subscription Cancellation
- If you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the subscription period. Prorated refunds are not offered for canceled plans.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@remmu.com. Be sure to include the following details in your email:
- Your account information (e.g., email address associated with the account).
- Payment details (e.g., transaction ID or receipt number).
- Reason for requesting the refund (optional).

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
