How long does it take to get set up?
Most clubs are live in 30 minutes — add your students, set your billing model, connect a payment gateway, done. No implementation fee, no consultant required.
Can you move my existing students from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your existing student list (Excel or any spreadsheet) and our team migrates your students, classes, guardians, and fees into REMMU for you — at no extra cost. You don't have to re-enter anything by hand.
What payment methods does REMMU support?
Online payments via CommercePay (FPX, card, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay), plus manual bank transfer with AI-verified proof upload. Cash payments can be recorded manually too.
What's the grace period if a member's payment is overdue?
Seven days. Daily reminder emails (and WhatsApp if enabled) are sent automatically. On day seven, the account is flagged as suspended. Admins can manually extend or override at any time.
Can I switch billing models later?
Yes — billing type is set per class, not per club. REMMU supports six models (monthly, package, per-session, per-hour, frequency-based, and trial class). Run them side by side and switch any individual class to a different model whenever you want.
Do my members need to install an app to pay?
No. The mobile app is optional — members can view payments and pay in any browser. The app gives a better experience on phones (camera proof upload, push notifications, yearly statements) but isn't required.
Can a student be enrolled in multiple classes?
Yes. Each enrolment is tracked separately for billing and attendance. Students see one consolidated payment view.
Is REMMU available outside Malaysia?
Not yet — REMMU is built for Malaysian clubs (all amounts in RM, local payment methods). If you're interested in using REMMU elsewhere, get in touch and we'll discuss.
