Manual bank transfer is always 100% free. Fees only apply to gateway-collected payments.

Pricing questions
Can I try REMMU before paying?+
Yes — better than a trial. Your free account stays free for up to 20 students, with full features and no time limit or credit card. Upgrade to a paid plan only when you grow past 20 students.
What payment processing fees apply?+
REMMU itself doesn't take a cut of your fees. The percentages shown are charged by the payment gateways (FPX, CommercePay, etc.) and depend on your plan. Elite gets the best card rate.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard — changes take effect on the next billing cycle. We pro-rate the difference automatically.
What happens if I go over my student limit?+
We'll let you know when you're approaching the limit and prompt to upgrade. Your account keeps working — we don't lock you out mid-billing-cycle.
Do you offer custom plans for larger schools?+
Yes. If you have more than 1,000 students or need on-premise / dedicated support, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.
