- Account data: Name, email, phone, organization name when you sign up.
- Tenant data: Student records, payment records, attendance — managed by you, processed by us under your instructions.
- Payment data: Processed by our gateway partners (CommercePay, etc.). We don't store card numbers ourselves.
- Usage data: How you use the app — for product improvement and support.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account.
- Request a copy of all your data — email us and we'll send it within 30 days.
- Delete your account — go to Account Deletion Request.
- Object to specific processing or withdraw consent — contact us.
